Location, Location, Location

Detour Salon is located in San Diego Ca. in Old Downtown Encinitas.  We are on the
corner at 594 So. Coast Hwy 101 and "E" St..  We have the best location in town with
designated parking in the rear of the building off "E" St. as well as convenient street
parking.  We are just 3 blocks east of the beach and 1 mile west of Interstate 5. 
There are plenty of fun places to shop and great restaurants just a few steps

Breaking The Mold

Detour Salon's creators recognized a need for a salon not only in Encinitas, but in
N. County that would break the "Chain Store Salon" mold. Detour has not only
broken that mold, but has created a mold completely unique unto itself. 
From Detour's imaginative and eclectic decor, to the local art that adorns
the walls, from the clock on the ceiling to the self-contained biological eco-system
